All customers are required to place orders under this website through our shopping cart system. All items will be inspected beforehand. We do not accept any returns, refunds, and/or exchanges. All transactions will be rendered complete after customer's package is shipped and, by request only, shipping receipt is provided as proof of shipment. To February is not, in any way, responsible for any lost, misplaced, damaged, and/or stolen items and/or payments. By purchasing from To February, you agree and are bound to our Terms & Conditions which can be reviewed at the bottom of this page.

Payment Method
We currently accept PayPal (recommended), Credit Card, and well concealed cash in USD (this method includes cash, personal checks, and money orders) entirely at your own risk.

Order Process
1. Log into your account. If you do not have an account, you can easily register for one by clicking the "Register" button at the top of this page in the main navigation.
2. Add item(s) to your cart.
3. View your cart and proceed to Shipping Method.
4. Shipping cost is based on the delivery address you provided. Proceed to payment method.
5. Select your payment method.
6. Confirm your order.
* Within 24 hours of confirming your order, you will receive an invoice in your email. Your order will be processed upon receiving your payment. If your item is out of stock, you will be notified with another email stating so and will be given two options (1. pick replacement item(s) totaling the out of stock item price or 2. refund of the out of stock item). Your order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days upon receiving payment. If you live within the United States, your order should arrive within 3-7 business days. If you are an international customer, package may take up to 2 weeks+ to arrive.

Products and Colors Display
To February tries to display all images of selling products as close as possible to their accurate colors; however, the colors you see depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display color will be in accordance with the product's actual color.

Transaction
To February has the right to reject, revoke, and refuse service to any person or persons without any given reason. To February is not responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, and/or stolen items during shipping transaction. All orders are rendered complete upon shipping your package will USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail and, by request only, shipping receipt is provided as proof of shipment. We do not provide tracking numbers and/or insurance; however, you can personally request the feature to be added to your order with applicable fees by emailing us prior to placing an order. If you selected concealed cash as your payment method, it is entirely at your own risk and we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, and/or stolen payments. Since all products are thoroughly inspected before being shipped, we rarely accept refunds, returns, and/or exchanges.
